Sian Kilner is a highly experienced Personal Assistant with over 20 years working in private healthcare. She has been part of Mr. Eccles’ team for just over a year, and has been with The Consulting Suite for six years.

Prior to her current role, Sian held positions as Admissions Officer at The Middlesex UCL Hospital, Patient Administration Supervisor at The London Clinic, and Business Team Officer at The Portland Hospital. She also supported consultants in plastic and craniofacial surgery at The Consulting Suite, working with the late Mr. Niall Kirkpatrick and Mr. Juling Ong.

Sian’s career path began in the culinary world, where she worked as a chef and had the opportunity to travel internationally. She discovered her passion for healthcare when a short-term contract at UCLH introduced her to the medical field. Her experiences, including observing cardiac theatre procedures and time in plastic surgery theatres, have given her a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey—from booking an appointment to post-operative care.

Known for her dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail, Sian thrives in a team that prioritizes patient care. She is proud to work alongside Mr. Eccles and a supportive, skilled team committed to delivering the highest standard of service.
